Follow-Up Marketing

A second, and natural progression from the survey, is to implement the results from the survey. Codes
on all records are appended based on how the respondents answer the questions. Non-responders are appended with an inferred NOBLE code. An inferred code is one that is assigned, based on other metrics within the database.

All types of communications can benefit from using NOBLE codes. These individual segments drive more personalized communications for follow-up activities. Having better information about your donors helps determine giving preferences for all types of giving initiatives.

Finally, having NOBLE codes helps your campaigns be more effective and efficient; with a better understanding of our donor...you should wind up spending less money for your various outreach initiatives.

"Only 20% of bequests are known to the organization in advance."
